The Archives of Disease in Childhood (ADC) are looking to recruit two editors for the Fetal and Neonatal Edition.

Commissioning Editor for Archives of Disease in Childhood Fetal and Neonatal Edition
This post requires a senior clinician with some background in research and publication and a strong subject interest. The appointee will identify suitable authors and commission articles on topics of interest to readers and editorials on forthcoming accepted articles in the journal. Commissioned work will require appropriate peer review and editorial input. The appointee will work alongside the current Commissioning Editor until they have sufficient editorial experience to work independently. There will be involvement in editorial meetings working with the rest of the editorial team. The work is likely to take a small number of hours per week and there will be an honorarium.
 
Associate Editor for Archives of Disease in Childhood Fetal and Neonatal Edition
The post requires a person with some background in research and publication and a strong subject interest. The role will involve processing submitted manuscripts as assigned by the Edition Editor, selecting peer reviewers, making recommendations about assigned papers to the Editorial Committee following peer review, attending meetings of the Editorial Committee, suggesting new ideas for content and strategy and working with the other Editors.  The work is likely to take a small number of hours per week and there will be an honorarium.
