MBRRACE-UK have published their report 'MBRRACE-UK: Saving Lives Improving Mothers’ Care' on 13th December 2019. This report covers the lessons learned to inform maternity care from the UK and Ireland Confidential Enquiries into maternal deaths and morbidity 2015-17.
The findings of the report include higher maternal mortality rates amongst women living in more deprived areas, higher maternal mortality rates amongst older women and continuing disparities in maternal mortality between different population groups.
