The RCPCH, in conjunction with GIRFT (Getting it Right First Time) Neonatology, are conducting a snapshot survey of the neonatal workforce across the four nations on 18th September and 21st September 2019.
The purpose of the survey is to get a more in depth real-life snapshot of what is happening on the ground in neonatology, looking at workforce and activity, workload and responsibilities, staff wellbeing, safety and governance.
All clinical leads for neonatology should have received an email about this survey before Friday 6th September.
