BAPM representative needed for Congenital Hypothyroidism Screening Advisory Board

BAPM is seeking a member to represent the organisation on the Congenital Hypothyroidism Screening Advisory Board (CHT SAB). 

The purpose of the CHT SAB is to advise the NHS England Newborn Blood Screening Programme on the implementation and development of the CHT Screening Programme, to advise on its effectiveness and efficiency, to advise on incidents/near misses in order to share lessons learnt, to advise on actions to ensure there are not inequalities and ensure that the CHT Screening Programme can better reach those with greatest need in the population, share information, advise on programme standards and guidelines, education and training, information, quality assurance and research and development.
