NeoTRIPS is a national trainee-led research and QI network. One of the projects being run is the Early Breast Milk Quality Improvement Project (EBMQIP). This national QI project aimed to increase the proportion of premature babies who receive breast milk within 6-24 hours of birth. Over 80 neonatal units across the country have participated. The project has run from September 2023 and is due to finish in August 2024.

We are hosting a National Conference to showcase the nation's work towards EBMQIP with poster and oral presentations, and lots of exciting talks and workshops led by national experts in neonatal QI and early breast milk. All are welcome!

Ticket prices are £10 only if you book and subsequently attend the event (£49 outright and £39 refunded if you attend), or £5 if you bring another colleague from your unit! We also invite those involved in the NeoTRIPS EBMQIP to submit their abstracts for oral and poster presentations by 10/6/24 23:59: https://forms.gle/Uk1XWx5fCWGNXogq8

We also invite medical students interested in quality improvement or paediatrics to apply for one of our twelve FREE prize places to attend the event with funded travel up to £80 per person. You will receive a certificate and a place on one of our bespoke workshops on the day. The deadline to apply is 10/6/24 23:59: https://forms.gle/SzGzFHwU4R5ULqtp8
