Registration
Registration will take place in the Lounge, from 10:15 - 10:55 on Tuesday 27 February and from 08:15 - 08:55 on Wednesday 28 February.
Exhibition
Please make sure you visit the exhibition which will take place in The Queen's Hall and will be available throughout the conference.
Dietary requirements
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for delegates joining us in Leicester. If you have not yet communicated a dietary requirement then please do so as soon as possible before the meeting, by emailing Lucy Henderson at [email protected].

You will be sent a link to the conference platform one week before the meeting. If you don't receive your link, please email [email protected]
The programme will promptly start at 08:55, we recommend logging on 10 minutes before.
Recordings
Day 2 session recordings will be made available to view after the event for a limited time. Please note: recordings will not be available immediately after the event but you will be notified when recordings are available to watch.
Programme
The programme will begin at 09:00am in the Auditorium and online.
Conference Dinner
You have booked a ticket to the conference dinner taking place on Tuesday 27 February 2024. Please meet us in the Lounge from 7:30pm onwards at The Grand Leicester Hotel.
Please find the menu here. 1/2 a bottle of wine per person has been included in the cost, any other drinks can be purchased at the cash bar.
