Spotlight on Safety Story: Oesophageal Perforation

This spotlight on safety story describes a case from Newcastle. Two preterm infants were referred to a regional surgical centre with possible oesophageal atresia and  suspected oesophageal perforation from attempted insertion of gastric tubes.
